You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased as one-time payments and do not expire. Standard headshots consume 100 credits per photo, while premium artistic styles consume 150 credits per photo. All purchases are final, subject to our money-back guarantee policy. Prices are listed in US dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes.

Users who create an account receive free permanent cloud storage for their generated headshots. While we strive to maintain this service indefinitely, we reserve the right to modify storage policies with 90 days' advance notice. Users will always have the ability to download their images before any policy changes take effect.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated results may vary, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual photograph.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.
